What's Wrong With Gunmen These Days?

A 2o year old male recently shot 20 people in a Montreal college, killing one 20 year old female. Couldn't he have killed more than that when he had a semi-automatic rifle? Honestly, this guy is a horrible shot! If I was going to kill people, not saying that I would, I would actually kill them! Me and a friend decided he was so horrible at being a gunman because he was canadian. Which that being true technically he did very well on his first and last shooting spree.
